

1. Do I need to bring a handtruck?
Yes everyone needs to bring a handtruck. Due to the nature of the festival site, artists will not be able to drive their vehicle to their booths.
2. Can I stake into the ground, or do I need to bring weights?
Artists are advised to bring weights.
3. Where can I park my RV overnight?
You can park overnight in the Callaway Parking lot where you check in. There are no hook ups at this lot.
4. Do I need to check in before I start setting up?
Yes, you receive your loading pass at check in and this will give you admittance to your loading zone. Artists will not be allowed to enter the loading zone without a loading pass.
5. Will there be boothsitters?
Boothsitters are available upon request during the festival.
6. Can I bring my dog?
We love pets but prefer that you leave them at home.
7. How much is sales tax?
The Georgia sales tax is 7%. There is a sales tax form in your check-in packet.
8. What time is set up and what times does the show begin?
Check in on Friday begins at 6 p.m. and check in on Saturday is 6:30 a.m. The show hours on Saturday are 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
9. Will I receive a packet in the mail?
No, you will receive an Artist packet electronically three weeks before the show.
10. I have a booth space on Ponce de Leon. Can I set up on Friday night?
No, booths located on Ponce de Leon Avenue can be set up on Saturday morning only. Check your festival map for your booth location.
11. Will volunteers be available for set up and breakdown?
A limited number of volunteers will be available for set up and breakdown.
12. If I am on the wait list, can I show up the morning of the show for last minute cancellations?
Yes, however, you must be on the waiting list in order to get into the show.
